The location was excellent in a safe area. The staff was friendly and fixed the hot water issue promptly. The pool area was superb.

The walk to the promenade was enjoyable, offering stunning views. Despite the noise from a nearby festival or party, the staff fixed the hot water issue promptly. the pool area was superb, a great facility to relax and cool off. the main areas were clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One negative aspect was the lack of a proper shower area near the pool.

Plus, the pool area was superb, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
Our room faced the car park and was close to noisy establishments such as a discotechque and sports ground. the noise at night made it difficult to sleep and enjoy our romantic escape.

Great staff who were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area was clean and perfect for relaxing. The hotel was in a great location, very close to the promenade and had beautiful views of the city.
Our room was very noisy at night and we could hear cars and people talking loudly until 4am. The maintenance in our room was poor, with a faulty shower that needed fixing and light bulbs that were not working.
